Nazareth Living Center offers skilled nursing care. Quality nursing services are provided by a dedicated staff. Individual care plans and attention to personal histories and preferences contribute to the residents feeling "at home." Staff, volunteers and family members work together to ensure the residents' sense of belonging. The long-standing tradition of family which has characterized Nazareth since 1872 opens the way for the residents of today to feel at home.

Semi-Private Room: $181.80/day

Services included in the daily rate:

• 24-hour personalized nursing care*
• Three hot meals daily & snacks
• Special diets accommodated
• Daily housekeeping
• Transportation for planned facility activities
• Social, recreational and cultural programs
• Pastoral care services
• Daily Catholic Mass
• Utilities (except telephone)
• Cable TV

Additional services and conveniences are available for a charge, including:

• Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy
• Beauty and barber services
• Telephone
• Guest room (if available)
• Guest meals
• Personal laundry service

*An additional $11.50 fee per day will be assessed for residents requiring disproportionate care with the following activities: toileting, bathing, feeding, transferring and dressing.
