Nazareth Living Center offers a variety of living options including assisted living in Gleason Hall, skilled nursing in McGovern Commons and a special care unit that is located in Gleason Hall.
As of July 1, 2010, several Assisted Living Suite and Studio accommodations are available for immediate occupancy.

The admission form will enable you to become more familiar with the types of information needed during the application process.
