2008 NLC GOLF BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

Nazareth Living Center’s Annual Golf Benefit, held May 19, 2008 at Norman K. Probstein Golf Course at Forest Park was a tremendous success – raising over $60,000! More than 150 golfers, volunteers, and staff were on hand to enjoy a beautiful sunny day to play golf, socialize, dine on surf and turf, bid on unique auction items, and learn more about NLC’s mission and work.

Net proceeds from the tournament, more than $43,000, will be used toward the purchase of a much needed resident bus.“We were blessed with a beautiful day.It was a great day for the residents of Nazareth,” said NLC Executive Director, Lu Westhoff.

Also, a big thank you to all the residents and sisters who prayed for good weather and the volunteers and staff who helped make the day so successful.A special thanks to Nazareth’s J.U.L.I.E.T. Club for their donations to the auction and volunteering on tournament day.
