Located in South St. Louis County, Nazareth Living Center has 272 beds. Approximately half are used for skilled nursing; the other half are for assisted living.
- Skilled nursing is available in McGovern Commons with 24-hour personalized nursing care, three meals a day, housekeeping, transportation, special activities and programs.
- Gleason Hall offers assisted living and respite care with a unique mix of psychosocial, physical, recreational and intellectual services in a secure environment.
- Nazareth also offers skilled rehabilitation in the Medicare A program, hospice care, and special services for residents with Alzheimer's and related dementia.
Within our 11-acre campus of beautifully landscaped grounds, courtyards, screened-in porches and patios, Nazareth Living Center offers the warmth and companionship of community living - tailored to each person's unique needs.
