Nazareth Living Center is a Catholic, nonprofit skilled nursing, skilled rehabilitation and assisted living community.
Co-sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and Benedictine Health System, Nazareth provides holistic care for women and men of all faiths, races and socio-economic backgrounds.

Directions to Nazareth Living Center Campus
From Interstates 44, 40 and 70: Take I-270 South to the first Lemay Ferry Road exit (Exit 1C). Cross over Lemay Ferry Road at the stoplight. You will be on Forder Road. Continue on Forder Road approximately one mile to the stoplight at Ringer Road. Turn right onto Ringer Road. Travel about 1/4 mile on Ringer Road to Nazareth Living Center on the right. The first entrance is the service entrance and is also used to access the Human Resources Department, the second entrance is the main entrance.
From Interstate 55: Take Interstate 55 to I-255 East. Exit at Lemay Ferry Road. Turn left onto Lemay Ferry Road and left again at the first stoplight, which is Forder Road. Continue on Forder Road approximately one mile to the stoplight at Ringer Road. Turn right onto Ringer Road. Travel about 1/4 mile on Ringer Road to Nazareth Living Center on the right. From Illinois using Jefferson Barracks Bridge: Take I-255 West across the Jefferson Barracks Bridge to the Telegraph Road Exit. Turn left onto Telegraph Road. Travel approximately one mile on Telegraph Road to Forder Road. Turn right onto Forder Road. Travel on Forder Road approximately one mile to a stoplight at Ringer Road. Turn left onto Ringer Road. Travel about 1/4 mile on Ringer Road to Nazareth Living Center on the right.
